Finance Council

The Parish Finance Council is a consultative body established to advise the pastor in matters pertaining to the financial affairs of the parish. The council's function is to assist the pastor in the prudent planning and administering of all parish financial matters and to help provide for the effective management of parish assets. The members are appointed by the pastor and serve for 3 year terms.

Pastoral Council

The Parish Pastoral Council is a consultative body to the pastor. It works closely with the pastor to discern a vision and goals and how these might be implemented in the life of the parish. It seeks to encourage, unify and enable the whole parish community to live and make known the gospel of Jesus. The council may establish committees and works with established committees to further the mission and goals of the parish. Nominations for the council seats are held in the spring. Positions are held for 3 year terms.

Incident Management Team (Security team)

The purpose of the Incident Management Team (ICM) is to help fulfill the vision statement associated with the team's formation that states:

     St. Francis Parish will provide a welcoming and safe environment in which parishioners, staff and guests can peacefully worship, minister and socialize.


Volunteers will help parishioners in need of minor medical assistance during Masses. Further, Team members also help ensure the safety of parishioners and guests during Mass. For more information, contact
